Located in Safarivillan, which has an exciting design with high ceilings and many windows giving it beautiful light, space and character. Breakfast is enjoyed in the restaurant Visenten, but, if you prefer, it can be served in bed or on the veranda so you can enjoy the seclusion and being close to nature.
Noshörningen (The Rhinoceroses)
In his book Abu Markúb (1924), Bengt Berg writes that there are two types of rhinoceroses in Africa. The light one is called white and is considered inoffensive while the dark one is given the name black rhinoceros and still has a reputation as one of Africa’s most dangerous wild animals. The most distinguishing feature of the rhinoceros is its big horns on the nose. In ”Farligt storvilt” (Dangerous Big Game, 1959), Bengt Berg calls the rhinoceros a fantastic creation, albeit with an unfortunate appearance, with its enormous protuberances.
