Our whistleblowing policy
We strive to run ERIKSBERG VILT OCH NATUR AB in a long-term and sustainable way. We are therefore keen to ensure that irregularities that could seriously harm the business or our employees are noticed and investigated as early as possible. To make it easier for those who want to provide information about misconduct that violates current legislation, we have established a whistleblower solution. All reports are received and handled by an external actor.
To make it easier for those who wish to provide information about misconduct relating to persons in senior management positions or key positions, such as; financial crime such as bribery, theft, fraud and forgery, accounting fraud and other violations of accounting and tax legislation, a conflict of interest between an employee and ERIKSBERG VILT OCH NATUR AB, other serious irregularities concerning ERIKSBERG VILT OCH NATUR AB and its companies' vital interests or the rights of individuals, such as serious environmental crimes, major shortcomings in workplace safety and very serious forms of discrimination and harassment, we have a whistleblower function that you can turn to. Here, employees and partners can provide information and at the same time be guaranteed total anonymity. All reports are received and assessed by an independent external actor.

You can choose to remain anonymous on both of these reporting channels. If you wish to report via a physical meeting, it can be requested by registering a registration according to the link above. The physical meeting is held either with a representative from ERIKSBERG VILT OCH NATUR AB or with ERIKSBERG VILT OCH NATUR AB's supplier for whistleblower services by agreement.
