Gourmet food in the wild
A visit to one of our restaurants is a gastronomic experience for all the senses, with a personal reception and harmonious atmosphere that follows the cycles at Eriksberg. The game from our estate is naturally central to our menus. Eriksberg is a complete experience, where the food and drink are unique and our own raw materials are the basis for everything that we serve. Our restaurant has been named the best game restaurant in Sweden and are open all the year round.
Havsörnen Restaurant
Refined dining in the classic elegance of the manor, overlooking the savannah. Seasonal ingredients and estate game shape a menu rooted in place and craftsmanship.
Restaurant Havsörnen is located in Säteriet, where classic architecture meets a carefully updated interior designed to feel both welcoming and refined. Recent renovations have enhanced the social dining experience, with a more vibrant lounge atmosphere and a glass-enclosed terrace creating additional seating with uninterrupted views of the safari park.
Here, our head chef presents both three- and five-course menus based on the finest seasonal ingredients, with game from the estate at the heart of the cuisine. Each dish reflects precision, balance and respect for origin.
Throughout the year, Havsörnen also hosts selected guest appearances, where invited chefs interpret Eriksberg’s ingredients in dialogue with the estate’s culinary philosophy.
Visenten Restaurant
On the estate, you will find Restaurant Visenten, which has been named the best restaurant in Blekinge for several consecutive years by the renowned White Guide.
The restaurant accommodates both small and large parties and caters to guests of all ages and appetites. Here, the focus is on genuinely well-prepared cuisine.
Our wine cellar - an experience beyond the ordinary
We have carefully prepared a wine list to ensure the quality and develop the concept of our glassed-in wine cellar, which can accommodate close to 9,000 bottles. Our sommeliers, together with our talented chefs, combine new food and wine experiences beyond the ordinary.
