Food & Beverage Manager at Eriksberg Hotel & Nature Reserve

 

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager

Eriksberg Hotel & Nature Reserve is looking for a results-oriented F&B who will develop and drive efficiency in the area of responsibility with a focus on economy and high quality. The role also includes preparing the budget and budget follow-up.

We want you to:

  • Responsible for the execution of conference services, events, kitchen, restaurant and bar operations as well as outdoor cooking. Focus dining room and concept development/results in close collaboration with the respective person responsible for the best total Revenue for the company with a focus on hotel guests' experience requirements.

  • Goal 1, manage, organize, schedule, train/develop the staff to be fully export-ready with priority on the overall experience.

  • Goal 2 is that the business should generate 5-10% operating net before depreciation in step 1. Easily measurable key figures should be produced and reported quarterly.

  • Build further on the wine program, which in turn is and will develop into its own travel reason and marketing of Eriksberg's offerings.

  • Responsible for financial follow-up, reporting, process description and budget within the area of responsibility.

  • Actively work for increased sustainability within the company's various processes.

  • Be responsible for developing Eriksberg's food and beverage vision to become one of the most recognized in the Nordic region, which is an important part of Eriksberg's unique overall offer of wildlife and nature experiences.

We are looking for you who have strong drive and lack of prestige, you have good collaboration skills, a forward-thinking/likes change work and is a very good communicator internally and externally. You communicate both verbally and in text fluently in Swedish and English, more languages are advantageous.

In the position, there are flexible working hours where you set up your time based on the company's needs. It is a permanent position with a trial period. We are connected to Visita and adhere to the applicable collective agreement.
